To be TRUE consumer advocates! Let the consumer know that they are OUR CUSTOMER and not the insurance company. Educate our customers on the technical aspects of the repair process as well as their rights as insureds, claimants, and policyholders. Refer customers to legal council if necessary.

To convey a professional image in all our daily contacts whether it is with our customers, jobbers or insurance appraisers.
